Already a Firewise Community? You can renew either online or by downloading the form below.

New!! Up-to-the-minute information about YOUR community! Use the link below to view your information and to renew your community's participation status any time prior to December 31 for the current calendar year. You can also use this link to update your contact information, tell us about additional Firewise Days or activities you conduct, or document additional investments you make after you renew for the year.

When you renew, the Firewise Communities/USA office will send you the current year's sign decal. Once you submit your renewal, you'll see that your data is updated immediately. Renewal for Firewise Communities/USA occurs annually and can occur at any time prior to December 31. Upon receipt of your completed renewal form, the Firewise Communities/USA office will send you the current year's sign decal. You can complete the renewal process either of the following ways:
1) Use the online renewal form provided here. Your renewal will be automatically e-mailed to your Firewise Communities/USA representative and the national Firewise Communities/USA office.
2) Download the Microsoft Word file above and provide the completed form and the other requested information to your Firewise Communities/USA representative. He/she will forward it to the national Firewise Communities/USA office.
